The prestigious portal spikeongolfandtravel.com has highlighted the arrival of Novecento, the renowned Argentinian-inspired restaurant, at the historic Falcon House in Delray Beach. We sincerely thank them for the mention, which underscores the significance of our opening in this vibrant culinary community.
Scheduled to open on December 27, at 116 NE 6th Avenue, Novecento marks its debut in Palm Beach County, following decades of success in South Florida.
Famous for its premium cuts of meat, handmade pastas, and fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, Novecento’s menu will include classics such as handcrafted empanadas, ceviche, and grilled octopus, along with an exclusive raw bar featuring options like shrimp cocktail, wagyu carpaccio, and tuna aguachile, available only at this location.
Situated in an iconic building, the restaurant has undergone careful renovations to preserve its historical charm. It will offer 48 indoor seats and 78 seats on a climate-controlled wraparound patio, as well as indoor and outdoor bars. The décor blends custom oak finishes with the brand’s signature red accents.
Aliosha Stern, CEO of SuViche Hospitality Group, shared his enthusiasm for this new chapter:
“Delray Beach is known worldwide for its vibrant dining and nightlife scene, and we are excited to bring the Novecento concept to this charming community.”
Starting on December 27, Novecento will operate with limited hours before temporarily closing on December 30 and January 1. The official grand opening celebration will take place on January 16, featuring entertainment, tastings, and a ribbon-cutting ceremony with local authorities.
In January, the restaurant will expand its offerings to include lunch, brunch, happy hour, and dinner, complemented by an innovative cocktail program and an extensive selection of wines and beers. Additionally, beginning January 10, diners can enjoy live tango performances every Friday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
This new location, joining others in Mary Brickell Village, Aventura, Doral, and Key Biscayne, promises to become a culinary hotspot, celebrating Argentinian roots in a sophisticated setting.
