Coming soon! Novecento number four is coming to City Place Doral this December. Set to open its doors December 2018 the new location will feature all the favorites Novecento fans know and love, and also some surprising, new twists. Created after extensive research and travel through Mendoza and Buenos Aires in Argentina, the menu is a cultural blend of Mediterranean influences along with the culinary creativity that has fueled Argentina’s cuisine and their mastery of meats. The use of fresh ingredients and open fire grilling techniques renders a menu that is refined yet approachable.
The menu is divided into simple categories: Primer Tiempo (First Course), Parrilla (Grill), Segundo Tiempo (Second Course), Provisiones (Sides) and Masas (Homemade Pastas). The restaurant will also boast a Mate Cart; a beautiful mobile station featuring an earthy selection of yerba mate, a traditional Argentinian herbal tea known for having the strength of coffee and the health benefits of tea; and for the first time, will feature a Wine Dispensing System which allows diners a wide variety of wine options including higher quality wines all available in different pour sizes.
In addition to the new dishes, Novecento debuts a marvelous new cocktail program, featuring over a dozen pours, while still offering all the classics. The diverse lineup inspired by Argentinian ingredients includes the Kilombo ($11) with Campari, grapefruit, lemon and beer; the Mate Mule ($11) with yerba mate-infused vodka, lime, ginger, basil and rosemary; and What’s the Dill ($12) with gin, dill-infused dolin blanc, lemon and cracked pepper. For a perfect after-dinner indulgence, the Sweet Surrender ($13) features rum, biscotti and dulce de leche. Novecento Doral will also offer their sprawling Happy Hour program seven days a week from 3PM to 8PM. Happy Hour revelers will have lots to celebrate with a special Happy Hour cocktail menu, which includes $6 drinks. In addition, enjoy great promotions such as Wine Tuesdays offering 50% off wine bottles on Tuesdays; Pasta Wednesday with $11 pasta selections, and $8 Johnny Walker Black every Friday.
